Use wildcards
Wildcard searches expand the number of matches for a particular request. The $ character can be placed in any position. Example: method$
You can restrict the number of characters to be matched by entering a digit after $. Example: method$1  will find publications containing words like method or methods but not others like methodology.

Lower or upper case
Use lower or upper case as you like. All words are searchable.

Use operators
You can combine words using the operators and and or.
Examples:
energy efficiency will find publications in which energy comes just before efficiency.
energy and efficiency will match publications containing both energy and efficiency.
emission or pollution will match either emission or pollution.

Use both search boxes
You may perform complex searches by combining words in both search boxes.
Example: energy efficiency in the first box and solar or wind in the second box.
