Over 170 participants from 60 countries met for three days in Copenhagen in June 1994 to discuss how the aims of the Climate Convention could be translated into practical action. The Conference was organised by the UNEP Centre, with financial support from Danida, the Global Environment Facility (GEF), UNEP and Risų National Laboratory.
The proceedings of the conference are available from the UNEP Centre. The entire document is available here on the web. Note that some papers do not contain figures and that some tables may be poorly formatted in the on-line version. For a hard copy of the document with all tables and figures contact the UNEP Centre.
