The objective of this project is to provide guidance on incorporating climate change screening into country programming procedures at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), specifically into UNDP's Quality Standard Guidance.

Climate screening procedures should enable United Nations Country Offices and Teams to assess whether climate change considerations are adequately integrated into their programs, thereby facilitating identification of climate sensitive investments and prioritization, while developing knowledge and awareness on climate change and its implications for UN activities in partnering countries.
